Tyler James Lirette

Tyler James Lirette, 21, a native and resident of Houma, died at 3:35 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 1, 2008. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to funeral time Saturday at St. Matthew’s Episcopal Church. Memorial service will be at noon Saturday at the church, with burial in St. Matthew’s Columbarium. He is survived by his father, Lyle Lirette of Houma; his mother, Sandra Miller Morlas of Rogers, Ark.; two sisters, Jennifer Verdin of Rogers and Heath Crystal Lundy of Bourg; his paternal grandparents, Lincoln and Shirley Pellegrin Lirette of Houma; his maternal grandparents, Gary and Shirley Miller of Arkansas; and his godmother and aunt, Shanna Himel and husband, Mike, of Houma. He was an electrician and enjoyed playing music and painting/art. He was a member of St. Matthew’s Episcopal Church. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to St. Matthew’s Episcopal Church.
