Larry Joseph Liner

Larry Joseph Liner Sr., 54, a native and resident of Houma, died at 5:45 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 1, 2008. Visitation will be from 6 to 9 p.m. today and from 8 a.m. to funeral time Friday at Chauvin Funeral Home. Liturgy of the Word will be at 10 a.m. Friday at the funeral home chapel, with burial in St. Francis de Sales Cemetery No. 2. He is survived by his wife, Jo Eddie Price Liner of Houma; his mother, Ethel "T" Josephine LeBouef Liner of Houma; two sons, Larry Joseph Liner Jr. and wife, Laura, and Jamie Paul Liner of Houma; two brothers, Wayne Francis Liner Sr. of Chauvin and Charles Michael Liner Sr. and wife, Judy, of Houma; and one grandchild, Kristin Samantha Liner. He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Butch Liner Jr. He was a self-employed trawler/fisherman.
