Cabel Antoinette Larpenter Moore Hebert, 86, a native of Terrebonne Parish and resident of Houma, died at 10:45 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 5, 2007. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. today and from 8 a.m. to funeral time Saturday at Chauvin Funeral Home. Liturgy of the Word will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home, with burial in St. Francis de Sales Cemetery No. 2. She is survived by her companion, Nolan Dolese Sr.; one daughter, Barbara Hebert Naquin and husband, Kenneth Naquin Sr.; one sister, Mabel Larpenter Levron; three grandchildren, Kenneth Naquin Jr., John Naquin and Lavra Naquin; one great-grandchild, Kenneth Naquin III; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Thomas Moore; her second husband, Calice Clay Hebert; her parents, Eba Armond Larpenter and Anise Gautreaux Larpenter; one stepson, Carroll Hebert Sr.; and three brothers, Aaron, Henry and Eba Larpenter. She was a homemaker. Chauvin Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
