Percy Antoine Zeringue

Percy Antoine Zeringue, 83, a native of Hohen Solms, and resident of Houma, died at 2:50 a.m. Monday, Nov. 26, 2007. Visitation will be from 1 p.m. to funeral time Friday at Maria Immacolata Catholic Church. Memorial service will be at 2 p.m. Friday at the church. He is survived by his wife, Barbara Weaver Zeringue; one son, Ernie Zeringue; four daughters, Christine Z. Carlomagno, Cynthia Z. Dillenkoffer, Lillia Z. Young and Julie Zeringue; two brothers, Henry Zeringue and Roy Zeringue; two sisters, Elise Z. Henderson and Shirley Z. Hymel; 11 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Jean Remy Zeringue and Lelia Marchal Zeringue; and one sister, Annabelle Z. Schexnayder. He was a former member of St. Matthews Episcopal Church and a parishioner of Maria Immacolata Catholic Church.
