Homer "Ricky" Reed Cadden Jr., 57, a native of Amory, Miss., and resident of Thibodaux, died at 1:08 p.m. Friday, Nov. 2, 2007.
Visitation will be from 2 p.m. to funeral time today at Church of Christ on North Hollywood Road in Houma. Religious service will be at 3 p.m. today at the church.
Visitation will also be from 7 to 9 p.m. Monday and from 10 a.m. to funeral time Tuesday at Pickle Funeral Home in Amory, Miss. Religious service will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Pickle Funeral Home with burial in Masonic Cemetery in Amory.
He is survived by his wife, Carla Wall Cadden of Thibodaux; one daughter, Erica Cadden Zook and husband, Matthew, of Dallas; one son, Aaron Cadden and wife, Ginger Poarch, of Henderson, Tenn.; one brother, Roger Cadden of Amory, Miss.; two sisters, Kathy Cadden of Columbus, Miss., and Dee Cadden Close of Memphis, Tenn.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Homer Cadden and Mamie Coke Cadden.
He was an independent oilfield consultant through Francis Brown and Associates in Houston.
He was a member of the Church of Christ.
