Michael Francis Doiron Sr., 60, a native and resident of Houma, died at 12:06 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 27, 2007.
Visitation will be from 9:30 a.m. to funeral time Tuesday at Holy Rosary Catholic Church. Mass will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the church, with burial in the church cemetery.
He is survived by his wife, Ann Bonvillain Doiron of Houma; three sons, Michael “Mike” Francis Doiron Jr. and wife, Debra, Matthew “Matt” Clayton Doiron and wife, Kelly, and Mark Thomas Doiron and wife, Stacy, of Houma; one daughter, Michelle Marguerite Doiron Clement and husband, Brandon, of Houma; four brothers, Gerald Doiron, Clayton “Pete” Doiron, Gene Doiron and Gregory Doiron Sr. of Houma; three sisters, Barbara “Bobby” Greneaux of Lafayette, Linda Hebert and Faye Bourgeois of Houma; and 13 grandchildren, Cody Doiron, Tyler Doiron, Brittani Doiron, Blake Doiron, Nicholas Doiron, Sarah Clement, Brayden Clement, Tyler Harrington, Lauren Harrington, Zack Harrington, Brian Warren, Charles Warren and John Warren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Clayton Doiron and Marguerite Bethancourt Doiron.
He was a retired mechanic and a U.S. Army veteran.
He was a beloved husband, father and grandfather and a parishioner of Holy Rosary Catholic Church.
