Meryl Porche Doyle

Meryl Porche Doyle, 83, a native of Houma, died Friday, Oct. 12, 2007. Visitation will be from 9 to 11 a.m. Monday at St. Gregory Barbarigo Catholic Church. Funeral will follow at 11 a.m. at the church. She is survived by two daughters, Kathie Folse and husband, Ron Folse, Maureen Keife and husband, David Keife of Houma; one sister, Joyce Moore and husband, Harris of Dallas; one brother-in-law, Denzel Eaton of Houma; five grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Doyle; her parents, Emile Porche and Verna Bergeron Porche; and one sister, Peggy Eaton. She was a homemaker. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Vandebilt Catholic High School Endowment Fund.
