Doris Marie Crochet Peltier

Doris Marie Crochet Peltier, 82, a native of Montegut and resident of Houma, LA, made her final journey to meet her Savior on September 13, 2007 at 10:00 AM. Visitation will be on Friday, September 14, 2007 from 5:00 PM until 10:00 PM at Chauvin Funeral Home, 5899 Hwy. 311, Houma, LA, and on Saturday at Holy Rosary Catholic Church from 10:00 AM until funeral time. Religious Service will be at Holy Rosary Catholic Church at 1:00 PM, with burial in Holy Rosary Cemetery. She is survived by her husband of 66 years, Andrew Peltier, two sons, Daniel Peltier and wife Maudeline of Houma, and Robert Peltier and wife Bernice of East Lansing, Michigan; three daughters, Beverly Matherne and husband Ashley of Bourg, Pamela Breaux and husband Arthur of Houma, Andrea Guidry and husband Ray of Luling; one brother, Miller Crochet; four sisters, Bessie Falgout, Enola Rogers, Regina Olivier, and Lucille Deroche; nine grandchildren, eight step grandchildren, nine great grandchildren; three great great grandchildren; eleven great step grandchildren; and two step great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Evince and Lorenza Crochet; three brothers, John Crochet, Sr., Leo Crochet, Elmore Crochet; one infant sister, Marion Crochet; one granddaughter, Brittany Woodruff
