Earl Adam DeHart, 19, a native of Houma and resident of Chauvin, died at 12:30 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 28, 2007.
Visitation will be from 4 to 10 p.m. Sunday and from 8 a.m. to funeral time Monday at Chauvin Funeral Home. Religious service will be at 10 a.m. Monday at the funeral home chapel, with burial in St. Joseph Cemetery.
He is survived by his maternal grandparents who raised him from childhood, Elie Joseph Trahan and Marie Theresa Parfait Trahan of Chauvin; his parents, Donald DeHart and Mary Margaret Trahan; four brothers, Donald DeHart Jr. of Berwick, Cannon Rau of Gulport, Miss., Joseph Trahan Jr. of Berwick and Billy Trahan of Bayou Blue; and five sisters, Miranda DeHart of Longbeach, Miss., Tiffany Rau, Gwenda Rau of Gulfport, Marie Angelique Foret of Chauvin and Tiffany Hue of Thibodaux.
He was a laborer with Thibodaux Construction.
