Allen Tyron Brown, 93, died Friday, February 3, 2012 at 4:11 AM. He was a native of Birch Tree, Missiouri and resident of Houma, LA. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 8, 2012 from 9:30am to 11:00am at Bayou Blue Methodist Church. Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, February 8, 2012 at 11:00am at Bayou Blue Methodist Church. Burial: Matherne Cemetery He is survived by his, Sons: Douglas E. Brown and wife Barbara of Loveland CO, and William A. Brown and wife Earlene of Drexel MO; Daughters: Sandra Pitre and late husband Michael of Houma LA, Susan Fox of Kansas City MO, Carolyn Bolan of Kansas City MO and Deborah Buchenau and husband Butch of Abilene KS. He is survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his, Spouse: Alta Pauline "Polly" Brown; Parents: David and Ella Mae Brown; Brothers: Guy Edward Brown, Richard H. Brown,Donald E. Brown, Delmar F. Brown and William D. Brown; Sisters: Lenora Sue Reed. He was a member of Bayou Blue Methodist Church. He retired from South Central Bell. Allen Brown was loved by all who knew him and will be dearly missed. He was an avid camper and he loved to travel.
