Alice "Badie" Pinell Usie, 90, died Tuesday, January 31, 2012 at 4:00 AM. She was a native of Chauvin, LA and resident of Montegut, LA. Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 2, 2012 from 9:00 AM until Service time at Sacred Heart Catholic Church Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, February 2, 2012 at 11:00 AM at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with burial Sacred Heart Catholic Church Cemetery. She is survived by her, Children, Amos “Kie” Usie and wife Lona of Montegut, Evelyn Glynn and the late Clark Glynn of Houma, Maxine Landry and husband Eddie of Raceland and Roxanna Duplantis and husband Terry of Montegut; 12 Grandchildren, 23 Great Grandchildren and 9 Great Great Grandchildren; Brother, Druby Pinell of Montegut; Sisters, Eula Mae Boquet and Beulah Blanchard both of Bourg; She was preceded in death by her, Husband, Amos Joseph Usie, Sr Parents, Aubin Pinell and Gertrude Duplantis Pinell, granddaughter, Dawn Usie; Brothers, Elce Pinell, Albert Pinell, and Luby Pinell; Sisters, Allan "Talan" Pinell, Mildred Areas and Gertrude "Jo" Guidry. She was a parishioner of Sacred Heart Catholic Church. She was a member of Sacred Heart Church's Ladies Altar Society. She was a homemaker, a great mother, grandmother, great grandmother and great great grandmother; a loving sister and aunt and is loved by all.
