Druby Joseph Falgout, 76, a native of Theriot and resident of Dularge, died at 3:05 a.m. Friday, Aug. 17, 2007.
Visitation will be from 6 to 10 p.m. Sunday at Chauvin Funeral Home and from 9 a.m. to funeral time Monday at St. Eloi Catholic Church. Mass will be at 11 a.m. Monday at the church, with burial in the church cemetery.
He is survived by his wife of 52 years of marriage, Betty Rodrigue Falgout of Dularge; one son, Lynn Falgout and wife, Jane Foret Falgout, of Houma; one daughter, JoAnn Falgout Louviere and husband, Stephen Louviere, of Dularge; three brothers, Thaddeus Falgout, Eustis Falgout of Houma and Clarence Falgout Jr. of Dularge; one sister, Velma Ernst of Seward, Alaska; five grandchildren, Lynn Falgout II, Matthew Falgout, Michael Falgout, Brittany Louviere and Stephen Louviere II; and one great-grandchild, Drake Falgout.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Clarence Falgout Sr. and Marie Thibodaux Falgout; and one brother, Raymond Falgout.
He was a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean War and a parishioner of St. Eloi Catholic Church.
