Joy Elizabeth Fazzio Griffin

Joy Elizabeth Fazzio Griffin, 27, a native and resident of Houma, died at 9:05 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 15, 2007. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to funeral time Saturday at Chauvin Funeral Home. Religious service will be at noon Saturday at the funeral home chapel, with burial in St. Francis de Sales Cemetery No. 2. She is survived by her husband, Phillip Griffin of Houma; her parents, Becky Ellen Van Zandt Harris and Jackie Ray Harris of Houma; two sons, Justin Allan Ritter of LaPlace and Dagen Marshall Griffin of Houma; one daughter, Talyn Rebecca Griffin of Houma; two brothers, Stephen Fazzio and wife, Jessica, of Illinois and Brady Fazzio of Houma; three stepbrothers, Richard Harris of Fort Worth, Texas, Kelly Harris and wife, Jennifer, of Tolar, Texas, and Jeremy Harris and wife, Jennifer, of Houma; her grandparents, James and Barbara Van Zandt of Zwolle and Joe and Jennie Fazzio of Houma; her great-grandmother, Dorothy Wilhoit of Houma; and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. She was preceded in death by her father, Kenneth Fazzio; her great-grandfather, Frank Holly; and her great-grandparents, Otto and Lydia Van Zandt. She was a homemaker and a member of Church of Christ of Houma.
