Elizabeth "Eula Mae" Toups Adams, 74, a native of Terrebonne Parish and resident of Chauvin, died at 3:48 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 4, 2007.
Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to funeral time Monday at St. Joseph Catholic Church. Mass will be at 11 a.m. Monday at the church, with burial in Chauvin Cemetery.
She is survived by one son, Kerwin Adams and wife, Gina, of Thibodaux; two daughters, Debra Chaisson of Chauvin and Malane Naquin of Pointe-aux-Chenes; one brother, Nolan Toups of Chauvin; four sisters, Alberta Miller, Marie Ray of Houma, Sally Guy of Montegut and Pauline Martin of Gray; five grandchildren, Cassie Theriot and husband, Craig, Keisha Foret and husband, Craig, Kade Naquin and wife, April, Brittnie Adams and Boadi Adams; four great-grandchildren, Colby Theriot, Alex Foret, Kade Naquin Jr. and Gabe Naquin.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Louis Clement Toups and Odeila Gautreaux Toups; two sons-in-law, Tracy Chaisson and Terry Naquin Jr.; five brothers, Louis Toups Jr., Morris Toups, Myron Toups, Carol Toups and Clement Toups; and four sisters, Mildred Toups, Molly Toups, Emaline Toups and Roberta Hebert.
She was a homemaker and a parishioner of St. Joseph Catholic Church.
