Charles Mitchel Camp, 72, died Monday, October 24, 2011, from cancer. He was a native of Carthage, MS and resident of Houma, LA.

He is survived by his,
Wife, Sally Ann Bergeron Camp;
Sons, Mitchel D. Camp and wife Peggy Degruise Camp of St. Francisville LA;
Daughters, Tina C. Balay of Houston TX and Michel L. Olivier of Austin TX;
Grandchildren, Erica Leigh Camp, Dace Mitchel Camp and spouse Kim, and Sean Balay;
Numerous Loving Nieces, Nephews and friends.
He was preceded in death by his,
Parents, Henry M. Camp and Bertie C. Camp and in-laws; and
Shirley B and Perry J. Bergeron Sr.
Charles served in the US Army. He retired with 27 years of service to T. Baker Smith and Sons, Inc. He was a member of Louisiana Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors Society. He was an avid fisherman, historian, football fan, and reader. He loved spending time at his camp.
In lieu of flowers donations to the American Cancer Society or the American Heart Association would be preferred.
