Evelyn Neill Lirette, 80, a native of England and resident of Houma, died at 3:37 p.m. Thursday, June 21, 2007.
Visitation will be from 8 a.m. to funeral time today at St. Bernadette Catholic Church. Mass will be at 10 a.m. today at the church, with burial in Terrebonne Memorial Park Cemetery.
She is survived by three sons, Robert Joseph Rodrigue Sr. of Houma, Dewey J. Rodrigue Jr. and wife, Yvonne, of Broussard and Stephen Rodrigue Sr. and wife, Amiee, of Houma; one daughter, Diana Hebert and husband, Arthur, of Bayou Blue; one stepdaughter, Shirley Goodwin and husband, Jerry, of Houma; one sister, Ann Levron and husband, Ivy, of Bourg; 12 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Dewey Rodrigue Sr.; her second husband, Leo "Bobby" Paul Lirette; her parents, Henry Neill and Sarah Hutchinson Neill; one daughter, Catherine Rodrigue; one granddaughter, Natasha Billiot; and two brothers, Tommy and Harry Neill.
She was a homemaker and a parishioner of St. Bernadette Catholic Church.
