Caprise Lirette LeBlanc, 45, a native of Houma and resident of Chauvin, died at 1 p.m. Monday, June 4, 2007.
Visitation will be from 4 to 10 p.m. today and from 8 a.m. to funeral time Thursday at the Knights of Columbus Hall in Chauvin. Mass will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at St. Joseph Catholic Church, with burial in the church cemetery.
She is survived by her husband, Brian Edward LeBlanc of Chauvin; her mother, Judy Lafont Lirette of Chauvin; one son, Matthew Paul LeBlanc of Chauvin; and one sister, Colleen Lirette Dugas and husband, Clark, of Bourg.
She was preceded in death by her father, Emos Joseph Lirette; and her grandparents, Wallace Lafont and Thelma Pellegrin Lafont, Wiley Lirette and Bernice Hebert Lirette.
She was a personal banker (CSR) with Whitney Bank for 27 years.
She was a member of the Ladies Altar Society, a member of the Krewe of Petit Caillou and a 1980 graduate of South Terrebonne High School.
She was a loving wife, mother, daughter, sister and friend. She had a loving heart that never knew how to say no, and she will be forever missed by all who knew and loved her.
