Maudie Perez Keife

Maudie Perez Keife, 88, a native of New Orleans and resident of Houma, died at 11:15 a.m. Wednesday, May 9, 2007. Visitation will be from 8 a.m. to funeral time Friday at Chauvin Funeral Home. Mass will be at 11 a.m. Friday at the funeral home chapel, with burial in St. Francis de Sales Cemetery No. 2. She is survived by three sons, John Meyers Keife of West Palm Beach, Fla., Robert Nebe Keife and wife, Irene, and David Thomas Keife and wife, Maureen, of Houma; two daughters, Kathlyn Keife Broussard of River Ridge and Mary Beth Keife Pyles and husband, Mark, of West Palm Beach; 10 grandchildren, Jennifer Conrad and husband, Erich, John B. Keife, Robert Keife and wife, Cammie, Stephen Keife, Richard Keife, Jonathan Keife and wife, Michelle, Allison Clement and husband, Corey, Anne Mason and husband, Scott, Elizabeth Broussard and Paul Broussard; and six great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Henry Keife; and her parents, Sydney Perez and Esma Meyers Perez. She was a homemaker. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Vandebilt Endowment Fund or Brother of Sacred Heart Foundation.
